Delivery Time

The delivery time for our products is 7-14 days. This is the average shipping time from our suppliers in China.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost for our products is €10 for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders to other European countries, the shipping cost is €15.

Returns

Returns are at the customer’s expense. The cost of returning an item can be up to €35.

Return Conditions

Products can only be returned if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and accept your return, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount within 14 days.
